These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases of PARIJET products and services from GRSM Enterprises. By placing an order or making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. The terms applicable to your purchase will be those mentioned in your official quotation or invoice.
Payment Terms
All machine orders require 100% advance payment before processing or dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing. Once an order has been confirmed and payment has been received, the advance amount is non-refundable. Customers are encouraged to verify all product specifications and requirements before confirming their purchase.
Delivery
The estimated delivery timeline for machines is generally between 15 and 25 business days from the date of confirmed payment. Delivery schedules may vary depending on product availability, logistics, and customer location. Ownership of the goods transfers upon receipt of full payment, while the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon successful delivery.
Installation & Training
Installation is carried out by a certified PARIJET service engineer at no additional installation charge. Upon installation, our engineer will provide operator training covering machine operation, routine maintenance, and ink handling. Travel, accommodation, and meal expenses incurred by the service engineer during installation are payable by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
All sales are considered final. Products once sold and delivered cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded except where covered under our Warranty Policy. Advance payments made against confirmed orders are strictly non-refundable.
Amendments to These Terms
GRSM Enterprises reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most recent version published on our website shall apply unless otherwise stated in the official quotation or invoice issued for your purchase.
