Every PARIJET machine is backed by a standard 12-month warranty from the date of delivery. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and component failures that occur under normal operating conditions. This warranty is applicable only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
What’s Covered
The warranty covers manufacturing defects affecting the machine’s structural components, electrical systems used in product/ machine, mechanical assemblies, motherboard, control systems, motors, and carriage mechanisms. All approved warranty repairs are carried out using genuine PARIJET spare parts by authorised service engineers.
What’s Not Covered
The warranty does not cover printheads, print quality issues, damage caused by rodents or pests, accidental or physical damage, power fluctuations, the use of third-party inks or consumables, normal wear and tear, or repairs carried out by unauthorised personnel. These cases will be treated as chargeable service requests.
AMC & Extended Service
Customers who continue using genuine PARIJET inks supplied by GRSM Enterprises are eligible for complimentary scheduled inspection and preventive service visits for up to 24 months from the date of delivery. Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) are also available for customers seeking continued technical support and preventive maintenance after the standard warranty period.
How to Raise a Warranty or Service Request
If your machine requires technical assistance, simply contact our support team via phone, WhatsApp, or email with your machine model, serial number, date of delivery, and a brief description of the issue. Our technical team will first assess the issue remotely and, if required, schedule an on-site visit. Approved warranty claims will be resolved using genuine PARIJET components in accordance with our warranty policy.
